Pre-Employment Requirements

Process Before & After Job Offer


Pre-employment inquiries will be performed on all applicants receiving a job offer.
  1. Driver's license checks may be required as necessary, depending on the job requirements.
  2. Past employment verifications and criminal background checks are done prior to extending a job offer.
  3. A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required after the contingent job offer is made. For public safety positions, a physiological and/or polygraph exam may be required.
  4. An official job offer is extended after successful completion of all pre-employment tests / verifications.
