Mission Statement
The mission of the City of Murphy Human Resources Department is to serve the employees of the City to the best of our ability, while maintaining the integrity of established policies, procedures and expectations. The department also strives to recruit, retain and train the best employees for the City of Murphy and to provide on-going opportunities to help employees grow both personally and professionally in their positions within the City.

A job posting can be reviewed and printed by going to Job Openings. We require a resume or an application to be submitted for each job opportunity. Applications are available under the Current Openings section.
