The Customer Service Department is excited to introduce electronic billing to all of our customers. This is a voluntary program that will allow citizens to save time and money. We will now have the capability to email your regular monthly utility bills, utility late reminder notices, and a service disconnection notice if failure to pay the bill occurs. In the near future, Customer Service will also be able to attach additional correspondence of special announcements/events from the City of Murphy through this electronic email service.
Once the resident/customer elects the electronic service, they will have the option to go either completely paperless or continue to receive a hard copy of their statement mailed to them as usual.
